How do we get from a desire to open access for audiences with Invisible Impairments, to embedded change? In the next Dreams of Resting Spaces Conversation, we present two examples (achieved with little or no resources):
- Raquel will talk about her work with Watershed, who have made it possible to lie down to see ANY film screening at their cinema. She and Louise will talk through the policy they developed and the questions they wrestled with.
- Lou Rogers will talk about her work on ‘Disabling the Screen’ with Carousel involving all major TV and film companies including Sky TV.
We’ll also be launching a Resting Spaces Network closed FB group in September, so that we can continue dialogue between these conversations and, share resources.
Until then, you please email us, and we'll send an access code to the resources we are collating,
Feel free to bring you lunch along, we look forward to seeing you in September!
